At Shambala Day Spa we offer a full range of services including facials, massage, body treatments, manicure & pedicure and hair removal.

Our mission is to provide you with a team of experienced therapists that will focus on delivering you quality results, whilst in a relaxing environment to enhance your overall well being.

To make your visit at Shambala Day Spa special, we offer a  complimentary post treatment menu which includes a selection of herbal teas, fruit juices and seasonal tasty treats such as fresh fruit, muffins or sorbets, which can be enjoyed in our courtyard.

At Shambala Day Spa we are able to cater for group events, such as bridal showers, birthday parties or corporate functions.  Please speak to one of our managers for further details.

Spa etiquette
Our mission is to create an environment of relaxation, so with this in mind, we request that all customers please consider the quiet and privacy needs of other spa customers by keeping noise to a minimum and turning off mobile phones.  Parents please note that there are no child-care arrangements at shambala day spa.

Gift vouchers
We can customise our beautiful gift vouchers to suit your needs whether for a birthday present or a thank you to someone special.  we can arrange for payment over the phone and have the voucher delivered by post to anywhere within the sydney metropolitan area.  Corporate gift vouchers are also available. Please note that all Gift Vouchers are valid for six months from the puchase date and a 48 hour cancellation / movement policy applies.

Reservations
We recommend that you book your treatment well in advance in order to secure your preferred date and time.   A credit card number may be required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Check in
In order to ensure you receive your full allocated treatment time, we suggest that you arrive 10mins before your scheduled appointment.  this is essential if you are a first time customer as we will need to collect personal details from you in order to best tailor your spa experience.

Cancellation policy
24 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment and this is subject to availability. A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all Gift Vouchers. Any cancellation made after the specified deadlines, or failure to show, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Health considerations
For customers who have heart conditions, high blood pressure, allergies, or are pregnant, we advise that you consult your doctor prior to your spa treatment.  please highlight your medical conditions to your spa therapist.  Customers are reminded of their obligations under the law to bring to the attention of management any medical condition which may present a public health threat.

Valuables
We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the spa.  The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought onto the spa premises.

Smoking and alcohol
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa is prohibited.
